About the Role

We are seeking a business leader to launch and scale AMP's entry into the U.S. physical therapy (PT) market.

This is not a traditional sales role. This is a rare opportunity to build a new business line within AMP - leading strategy, execution, and market development from day one.

What You'll Do

• Define AMP's go-to-market approach for physical therapy clinics and health systems
• Develop, test, and optimize business models (e.g., subscription, revenue-share per treatment, hybrid SaaS + hardware)
• Own partnerships with PT clinics, private practice networks, and PE-backed healthcare platforms
• Collaborate with product and clinical teams to ensure alignment with PT workflows and outcomes
• Build and lead relationships with early adopters, clinical advisors, and thought leaders
• Help establish validation studies and proof points that will drive broader market adoption

Who You Are

• Deeply familiar with the U.S. physical therapy ecosystem
• Ideally worked at or with digital health / rehab tech companies like Sword Health, Hinge Health, Luna, MovementX, etc.
• Strong relationships in the PT space - from clinic owners to healthcare executives
• Experienced in commercializing technology in complex, regulated environments
• Strategic thinker who executes - can build and test a model, close the first 10 deals, and then scale
• Bonus: Background in clinical operations, health-tech, or value-based care
