We're looking for a
Data Product Manager
to lead key initiatives in data infrastructure and analytics — from designing operational DWH models to driving enterprise-wide AI strategy.

This role combines strategic thinking, technical know-how, and hands-on leadership across multiple teams and stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Define vision and roadmap for data products based on business and operational goals
  • Translate real-world needs into structured technical product requirements
  • Build and manage data models for a modern DWH infrastructure
  • Work closely with data engineers, developers, DevOps, and analysts
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle — planning, versioning, and performance improvements
  • Ensure data quality, security compliance, and innovation in data tools and practices
  • Stay up to date with the latest in data tech, modeling methods, and industry trends

What You Bring:

  • BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Statistics, or Information Systems (MSc – a plus)
  • 3+ years of experience managing data products, with emphasis on DWH modeling
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with ETL pipelines, real-time systems (Kafka)
  • Hands-on experience with complex data models (Star Schema, Snowflake, Dimensional)
  • Familiarity with BI/visualization tools (e.g., Qlik) – a plus
  • Experience working in Agile environments – advantage
  • Background in military tech units – an advantage
  • Excellent analytical skills, systems thinking, and stakeholder communication
