מבקר/ת איכות אחראי/ת על בקרת האיכות של כלל תהליכי הייצור: ביקורת איכות סופית בקווי הייצור ובמחלקת האריזה, דיווח חוסר התאמות.

התפקיד כולל עבודה שוטפת מול מחלקות הייצור, הלוגיסטיקה והשירות הטכני על מנת להבטיח מוצרים תקינים בהתאם לדרישות הארגון והרגולציה.

Requirements:

  • ניסיון קודם בבקרת איכות בקווי ייצור – יתרון.
  • ניסיון בעבודה עם תהליכי MRB ו-RMA – יתרון.
  • היכרות עם תקני איכות רלוונטיים– יתרון משמעותי.
  • ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכת ERP– יתרון.
  • יכולת קריאה והבנה של שרטוטים טכניים – יתרון.
  • שליטה בתוכנות Office, כולל Excel – חובה.
  • יכולת עבודה עצמאית ובצוות, סדר ודיוק בעבודה.
  • אנגלית טכנית ברמה טובה – יתרון.
  • בקרת איכות לכל קווי הייצור, למחלקת האריזה ולקבלני משנה, ביצוע בקרות שוטפות, איתור חריגות ומתן המלצות לשיפור.
  • תעוד חוסר התאמות המתגלות במהלך הביקורת ובעקבות תלונות לקוח וקבלת החלטות MRB.
  • עבודה עם כלי מדידה ובדיקות חלקים על מנת להבטיח מוצרים תקינים.
  • ניתוח נתונים והצגת דוחות תקופתיים.
  • שיתוף פעולה עם מחלקות התפעול והפיתוח לטיפול ופתרון בעיות בזמן אמת.
  • ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכות ERP ומערכות לניהול איכות
  • יכולת עבודה עצמאית ובצוות, סדר ודיוק בעבודה.
  • אנגלית ברמה טובה
  • יכולת קריאה והבנה של שרטוטים טכניים – יתרון.
  • 2-5 שנים ניסיון
