Canditech is a rapidly growing startup in the booming HR-tech industry, with the vision of a world without resumes. In a very short time, we have developed a world-leading SaaS platform, are working with market leaders world-wide, and closed a meaningful fundraising round led by Insight Partners.
We are seeking a highly experienced professional for the exciting opportunity to join Canditech just before we skyrocket, and grow with us
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand the use of our product.
- Serve as the main point of contact for our clients, guiding them through the onboarding process, training, and ongoing support.
- Manage the renewal process, working closely with clients to ensure continued satisfaction and contractual agreements.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of Customer Success and Sales process and strategies.
What we'd like you to have:
- 3+
experience as an Account Manager or similar role in a B2B SaaS environment. - Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion to work in a startup environment.
- Proficiency in English at a native level.
- Passion for the HR field and a desire to make the world a better place for recruiters and candidates :)
