בתפקיד זה תהיו אלה שמחברים בין הרעיון על הלוח לבין המוצר שמגיע לבריכה – ותוודאו שכל צעד בדרך עומד בסטנדרט הגבוה שלנו.

תחומי אחריות

  • ליווי תהליכי NPI והטמעת מתודולוגיות איכות מתקדמות בשלבי הפיתוח.
  • ניהול והובלת תהליכי PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) מול ספקים – הגדרת דרישות, אישור דגימות, ובקרה על תהליכי ייצור סדרתי.
  • ביצוע וניתוח PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) במפעלי ספקים ובתהליכים פנימיים, כחלק ממערכת ניהול הסיכונים.
  • ניהול תהליכי בקרת איכות לספקים: מבדקי איכות, הערכת ספקים והובלת פעולות מתקנות ומונעות (CAPA).
  • ביצוע חקירות כשל (Root Cause Analysis) ויישום פתרונות אפקטיביים לטווח הארוך.
  • הגדרה, מדידה וניתוח של מדדי איכות (KPIs) לאורך שרשרת האספקה.
  • בניית תהליכי בקרת איכות גם לחומרי גלם ולרכיבי פלסטיק בהזרקה מתקדמת, כחלק אינטגרלי מהמוצר הסופי.
  • שיתוף פעולה עם מחלקות פיתוח, הנדסה, ייצור ולוגיסטיקה, ויישום מתודולוגיות Industry 4.0 לייעול תהליכי בקרת האיכות.
Requirements
  • תואר ראשון בהנדסה (תעשייה וניהול / מכונות / חומרים / איכות).
  • 3–5 שנות ניסיון בהנדסת איכות – עדיפות לניסיון מול ספקים גלובליים ותהליכי פיתוח מולטידיסציפלינריים.
  • ידע וניסיון מוכח ב-PPAP, PFMEA, APQP או כלי איכות מתקדמים אחרים.
  • הכרות עם תקני איכות בינלאומיים (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100 – יתרון).
  • ניסיון בביצוע מבדקים לספקים וניהול CAPA.
  • שליטה בכלי ניתוח סטטיסטיים (SPC, MSA, DOE).
  • אנגלית ועברית ברמה גבוהה, כישורי תקשורת מצוינים ויכולת הנעת ממשקים חוצי-ארגון.
