About the Team
Cyera's Product Partnerships & Integrations organization is rebuilding our technology ecosystem partners program from the ground up. We connect Product, Marketing,, Sales, Enablement, and Integrations to design, launch, and scale partnerships that deepen, expand and extend our platform value and drive customer impact. This is a collaborative, fast-moving team that values clarity, accountability, independence, and measurable outcomes, while this role sits at the center of making the program real and valuable.
About the Role
We're looking for a Program Manager to lead the end-to-end planning and execution of Cyera's technology ecosystem partners program. You will own the operating model, cadence, and cross-functional coordination that turns ideas into launched integrations, live enablement, and visible impact. You'll partner with PM, PMM,Sales group, Marketing & Brand, Enablement, to prioritize partners (tech vendors), orchestrate onboarding, and keep workstreams aligned to our roadmap and business goals. Success looks like on-time integrations, clear internal and external communications, and a program that's tracked, measured, optimized, and trusted both internally across the company and with the ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- Build and run the partner-program operations. Define structure, processes and cadences (partner prioritization, agreements (NDAs, TPAs etc.), onboarding checklists, strategic alignments, enablements etc.), keep timelines visible (gantt/plan of record), and ensure delivery lands on schedule.
- Coordinate cross-functionally, end-to-end. Align work across Product, PMM, Marketing & Brand, Sales Enablement, Integrations, and Legal; sync to product roadmaps and field needs so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Orchestrate integrations to launch. Be the go-to for surfacing relevant features, connecting PM/PMM with technical counterparts at partners, unblocking dependencies, and driving the organizational work required to ship.
- Evaluate value and readiness. Assess proposed integrations for customer value, maturity, and fit with Cyera's platform; articulate the value proposition and recommended path to launch.
- Own partner interactions and hygiene. Track vendor communications, engagement metrics, and collaboration agreements; keep artifacts current in systems like Salesforce so leaders have a single source of truth.
- Stand up and maintain partner portals. Plan taxonomy and process, ensure the right content is available and accurate, and keep information flowing to every relevant team.
- Drive internal communications. Create buzz around new integrations, publish internal updates and partner news, and make it effortless for field teams to know what's new, available, and live.
- Launch-ready external assets with partners. Partner with Marketing & Brand, PMM, and Sales Enablement to produce clear messaging and visual materials for each integration.
- Measure and optimize the program. Define and report KPIs (adoption, engagement, feature usage, integration depth, customer value), run annual/quarterly reviews, and evolve the program based on what works.

Who You Are
Must-Haves
- Proven experience as a PMO / Program Manager / Project Manager leading multi-stakeholder initiatives from planning through launch.
- Exceptional organization, prioritization, and communication skills. A person who is able to push for progress with tact and clarity.
- Thrive in cross-functional environments, coordinating marketing, product, sales, enablement, and external vendors.
- Excellent writing skills in English and Hebrew for both internal and external audiences.
- Metrics-oriented and comfortable defining KPIs, building dashboards, and reporting outcomes.
- Experience working with global partners and U.S.-based customers.
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketing Ops, Sales Enablement workflows, or Partner Portals.
- Background in cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS, or partner ecosystems.
- Comfortable partnering with technical counterparts to shepherd integrations, even without a hands-on technical background.
