We're growing, and we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to grow with us
This is a strategic, hands-on role focused on finding top talent and delivering a high-impact candidate experience. You'll lead hiring across Directeam and own full-cycle recruitment, helping us scale fast with high standards. You'll be a key partner in shaping our culture and bringing the right people into our creative, mission-driven environment.
What You'll Do:
- Own and lead the end-to-end recruitment process across all teams.
- Create a smooth, personalized candidate experience from outreach to joining.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define roles, ideal candidates, and hiring strategies to align hiring decisions with the company's culture and business needs.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to build strong, diverse talent pipelines.
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools, while managing all resources to boost our hiring efforts with smart, targeted outreach.
- Run efficient interview processes that move fast while maintaining quality standards.
- Write clear job descriptions and engaging LinkedIn posts.
- Design and implement an effective, data-driven hiring plan aligned with business priorities.
- Leverage people analytics to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Utilize AI-powered sourcing, screening, and scheduling tools to accelerate hiring and ensure high-quality candidates.
- Manage our ATS and recruitment tools using traditional and non-traditional channels to identify the best talent.
- Lead people-related projects beyond hiring, like process automation, onboarding, or culture initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting in a startup or hyper-growth tech company.
- Proven ability to create and implement sourcing strategies across a variety of roles (R&D, Engineering, Sales, GTM, and more).
- Creative thinker with a strong growth mindset and a passion for problem-solving.
- Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, and are comfortable with change.
- A sense of urgency and ability to prioritize simultaneous tasks and projects.
- Collaborative team player with an inclusive mindset and strong relationship-building skills.
- Experienced in partnering with hiring managers to navigate recruiting challenges and find solutions.
- Proactive, self-driven, and professional, with the ability to take initiative and ownership.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized, with sharp time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Deep passion for recruitment and connecting people with opportunity.
- Exceptional communicator in both Hebrew and English, with high emotional intelligence.
