We are seeking a
GTM Content Producer
to fuel our go-to-market engine with high-impact, persona-driven content. This role is responsible for
originating and delivering content assets at high velocity
(typically within 5 days) that directly support individual solutions, industries, and buyer personas across the marketing and sales funnel.
You will work closely with product marketing, demand generation, and sales enablement to ensure that every asset—whether a gated-asset, one-pager, case study, solution brief, translates our unique value propositions into compelling stories that
convert interest into action
.
This role is ideal for a
hands-on content creator
who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a sharp understanding of buyer needs in the Business Applications eco-system, and is passionate about producing content that drives measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Execution
- Write, design, and deliver content assets (solution briefs, persona one-pagers, email copy, landing pages, gated content etc.) with a rapid turnaround of ~5 days per asset.
- Ensure all content is aligned with GTM strategy, product positioning, and buyer personas.
- Translate complex solution messaging into simple, compelling, and conversion-oriented narratives.
Persona & Solution Alignment
- Develop tailored content for specific buyer roles (e.g., CIO, RevOps, CFO, Sales Leaders) and solution areas.
- Adapt messaging tone and format to resonate with decision-makers at different stages of the funnel.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with product marketing on messaging frameworks.
- Support demand generation with campaign-ready content.
- Enable sales with assets that can be leveraged in prospecting and deal cycles.
Quality & Velocity Balance
- Maintain content quality, accuracy, and brand consistency while working at high speed.
- Leverage templates, best practices, and frameworks to accelerate production.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in content marketing, GTM, product marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of producing high-velocity B2B marketing content.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of buyer journey stages and persona-specific messaging.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with quick turnarounds.
- Familiarity with SaaS, B2B technology, or revenue operations markets is a plus.
