
Email Marketing Manager

DealHub's award-winning CPQ and Revenue Platform offers the most complete and connected revenue workflow for sales organizations. We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and methodical professional to join our industry-leading Marketing team.
As an Email Marketing Manager you will:
- Lead email engagement programs: Own the strategy and execution of one-off campaigns (newsletters, feature launches, event invites, surveys) from intake to QA and final send.
- Improve lifecycle performance: Audit current campaigns to uncover gaps, then design new segments, triggers, and content strategies to boost activation, engagement, and retention.
- Build and personalize campaigns: Develop responsive emails using HTML/CSS and tools, set up sends in parallel tools, and create tailored experiences.
- Experiment and optimize: Partner with Data team members to run multivariate tests, driving adoption, monetization, expansion, and retention.
- Streamline processes: Help manage the centralized intake system and deployment calendar, ensuring visibility and alignment across teams.
- Evolve best practices: Collaborate with Marketing Ops to improve templates, QA processes, and campaign performance reporting.
- Work with RevOps leadership: to fulfill activity in all target segments, and deliver daily reporting.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in email or lifecycle marketing within B2B SaaS or product-led growth companies.
- Strong HTML/CSS skills for email and a meticulous approach to QA and cross-device rendering.
- Proficiency with tools such as Salesloft, Gong, HubSpot, or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Deep knowledge of email marketing best practices—segmentation, personalization, accessibility, compliance.
- Project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Data Science).
- Excellent communication skills—able to explain technical details to non-technical teammates.
Nice to have:
- Experience supporting international marketing teams, localization, and global send strategies.
- Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs) and behavioral data integration.
- Proven track record in lifecycle audits and building nurture programs from scratch.
- Strong experimentation mindset with the ability to turn test results into strategic recommendations.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools or basic SQL and BI skills.
- Knowledge of buyer personas within Business Applications
