Program Manager – Special Mission Aircraft Business Unit

We are seeking a Program Manager to join our Special Mission Aircraft Business Unit in Holon

Key Responsibilities:

Full responsibility for program management, including customer relations, budget control, meeting project milestones, and driving all relevant stakeholders within the organization

Requirements
:

B.Sc. in Electronics, Aeronautics, Mechanical Engineering, or other relevant engineering fields

Background in Business Administration – an advantage

Proven and significant experience in managing technical projects and programs

Strong command of English – including document writing, professional communication, and email correspondence

Understanding of procurement processes, contractual terms, work plan development, and writing Statements of Work (SOW)

Experience in budget management

Ability to work in a matrix environment with strong interpersonal communication skills

System-level thinking and understanding

Experience in aerospace projects – an advantage

Experience working with international customers – an advantage
