במסגרת התפקיד:

אחריות לקשר עם לקוחות בארץ ובחו"ל, וליווי החל משלב הצעות המחיר, דרך ניהול מו"מ ועד גיבוש מענה מתאים
מימוש הפרויקט משלב הפיתוח ועד האספקות והתמיכה השוטפת
הנבטת הזדמנויות עסקיות חדשות
ניהול מטריציוני של תוכניות העבודה מול הפיתוח והייצור, כולל; ניהול המשאבים, ניהול סיכונים, קיום סטטוסים ניהוליים פנימיים ומול הלקוחות, וניהול הקשר עם הלקוח

דרישות:

תואר ראשון בהנדסת אלקטרוניקה
תואר שני בניהול - יתרון

ניסיון קודם בטכנולוגיות תקשורת של עורקי נתונים, רקע והבנה טובה של מערכות בלתי מאוישות, RF 

שליטה באנגלית - ברמה גבוהה

ניסיון עסקי  - יכולות ניהול במטריצה, הכוונה והובלה של פתרונות מערכתיים, טכנולוגים ומבצעיים בראייה עסקית וקוסט-אפקטיבית (מול לקוחות בארץ ובחו"ל)

ניסיון קודם בעבודה עם קבלני משנה בהיקפים משמעותיים (ניהול משא ומתן, כתיבת SOW)

יחסי אנוש טובים, יכולת הנעה ורתימה

ניסיון בעבודה מול לקוח צבאי / בטחוני בתוכניות מורכבות – יתרון

ניסיון בתפקידי הנדסת מערכת ו/או ניהול טכני של מערכות מורכבות – יתרון
