We are looking for a driven and motivated
Business Development Manager
to join our team and lead growth through  strategic partnerships. This role is ideal for someone with strong relationship-building skills, a sharp business mindset, and a passion for creating long-term value.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in
    business development, affiliate marketing, or partnerships,
    (ad tech/online marketing background).

  • Strong negotiation and deal-making skills.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and translate data into opportunities.
  • Self-starter, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for conferences and partner meetings.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new strategic partners or affiliate networks and strategic partners.
  • Manage and grow existing relationships to maximize performance and profitability.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and ensure access to top-performing offers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (media buying, creative, technology) to ensure smooth execution of opportunities.
  • Monitor industry trends, analyze market opportunities, and translate insights into business growth.
