We are seeking an
experienced Product Management Leader
to shape the future of consumer experiences and drive innovation in how millions of customers interact with AT&T.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a startup-like initiative within a global enterprise
    , driving the vision and execution of a large-scale consumer security product from concept to launch.
  • Inspire and mentor a team of Product Managers
    , setting a clear vision, building a high-performing team, and delivering impactful products.
  • Own the product strategy and roadmap
    , ensuring end-to-end delivery from business requirements to successful launch.
  • Champion data-driven decisions
    , blending analytics with user insights to prioritize features that deliver measurable customer value.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration
    with global stakeholders, partners, and customers to create alignment and accelerate outcomes.
  • Integrate GenAI tools
    to enhance product management processes and unlock new efficiencies.

Role Requirements

  • 10+ years in software product development, with 5+ years in
    product leadership
    roles.
  • Proven experience in
    global B2C organizations
    and
    consumer-facing applications
    .
  • Exceptional
    strategic thinking
    combined with
    hands-on execution
    .
  • Strong
    customer-centric
    mindset and passion for user experience.
  • Excellent English
    communication
    skills (written and verbal).
  • Data-driven
    decision-making expertise.
  • Experience in security products – advantage.
  • GenAI in product management – advantage.
