Job Description
- Own and lead user acquisition strategy across Meta, YouTube, Google Search, and other key channels and use data to push performance forward and fast
- Build and manage high-performing campaigns across the entire funnel
- Test and iterate on creative assets to improve performance
- Analyze data to identify insights, optimize spend, and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with our in-house creative studio and product teams
- Drive growth loops, segmentation strategies, and performance-driven experimentation
Qualifications
- Analytical expert with a head for numbers who isn't afraid to dive into data to uncover insights
- Goal-oriented approach and ability to work independently make you a valuable asset to any team
- Demonstrated passion for marketing, with a strong interest in brand strategy, consumer behavior, and creative campaign development
- Passionate about the power of analytics and believe that data should inform decision-making processes
