large and established company in Kfar Saba is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing digital marketing strategies with a primary focus on paid media.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage advertising campaigns across paid platforms (Google and Meta), including segmentation and personalization.
Collaborate with external promotion agencies: plan campaigns, select messaging, prepare creative briefs, and monitor campaign performance.
Optimize PPC activities and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Coordinate between internal departments and external stakeholders.
Drive and maintain high-quality traffic and sales across the company's digital channels.
Generate reports, analyze data, and provide actionable business insights.
Work Hours: Full-time, 09:00 – 18:00.
Job Requirements
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in paid promotion (PPC).
Languages: Excellent English (mandatory) and Hebrew, with high-level writing skills in both.
E-commerce: Familiarity with the E-commerce world; experience working within E-commerce companies is preferred.
Technical Skills: * Proficiency in advertising platforms, specifically Google Ads, TikTok, Meta, and Business Manager.
Experience with analytical tools (GA4, Amplitude, or similar).
Full mastery of Office/Google Suite, particularly Excel.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, creativity, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Advantages: * Familiarity with SEO.
A passion for sports is a significant advantage.
