As a
Senior Data Analyst
, you will take ownership of analytics across your domain of responsibility, proactively guiding business growth through deep data analysis, advanced statistical research, and actionable insights. You will play a key role in shaping product direction and ensuring the development of successful, data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders across business units (Product, CRM, CS, VIP, etc.) to deliver analyses and strategic insights.
  • Lead ongoing research of user behavior, identifying baselines, trends, and anomalies.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize data reports, dashboards, and presentations for business visibility.
  • Define project goals and KPIs, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Recommend and influence product solutions based on data analysis and business impact.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst
    , preferably in the B2C industry.
  • Strong SQL skills with proven ability to query large, complex data sets from multiple sources.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence decision-making.
  • Experience with BI visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
  • Experience working with cloud environments (e.g., GCP, AWS).

Advantages:

  • Hands-on experience with Python (Pandas, SciPy, NumPy).
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis.
