Fortinet is looking for a hands-on and proactive HR partner to support our expanding team in Israel. You will be a trusted partner for employees and managers, ensuring smooth HR operations, compliance, and exceptional employee experience.

As a Talent Operations Partner / HR Partner, you will:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on all HR-related matters, ensuring a positive employee experience.
  • Support all stages of the employee lifecycle by managing HR support and administration, including onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, benefits, and payroll operations.
  • Plan and implement employee welfare and engagement activities to promote an enjoyable and motivating workplace environment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in the HR Information System (HRIS) and conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, and effectively communicate relevant requirements to stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain HR documentation, including forms, reports, and employee records.
  • Manage benefits enrollment processes and respond to related employee inquiries.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the EMEA HR team as needed.
  • Contribute to the development, documentation, and implementation of HR policies.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and in English.
  • Proven experience delivering HR support in international environments.
  • Experienced in managing end-to-end HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Highly organized and efficient, able to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines in dynamic high pace environments.
  • Collaborative and adaptable team player, comfortable working in dynamic, global, fast-paced settings.
  • Proficient in HRIS platforms and a wide range of software tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
