The Role
We're looking for a
Marketing
Studio Team Lead
to join our marketing team and lead our internal creative studio. You'll be responsible for building and managing a creative team of designers and copywriters delivering world-class creative assets that power everything from product launches to brand campaigns.

What You'll Do

• be a hands-on creative: define visual direction, give clear feedback, and elevate execution when needed
• Craft and execute creative campaigns
  : From concept to launch, help tell compelling stories across all touchpoints (website, ads, social, video, landing pages, presentations, events).
• Elevate the brand
  : Ensure all creative work meets the highest visual and strategic standards, while maintaining consistency with our evolving brand identity.
• Work cross-functionally
  : Partner with marketing, product, HR, sales, and other teams to bring initiatives to life.
• Integrate AI and tools
  : Use cutting-edge tools and AI to streamline production and unlock new creative possibilities.
• Grow the team
  : Hire, mentor, and inspire a creative team that can scale with the company's needs.

Who You Are?

• A visionary creative lead with a proven track record of 8+ years leading multi-disciplinary creative teams, ideally in SaaS, tech, or branding agencies.
• A hands-on design leader not just managing, but also diving in when needed to guide visual direction and make things better.
• A natural mentor and team builder you've grown designers, built studios, and know how to create a team dynamic where magic happens.
• A storyteller at heart you understand how creativity serves strategy, how to turn insights into ideas, and how to make B2B feel human.
• You speak "brand" fluently but also know how to partner closely with product marketing, growth, HR and other teams.
