We're looking for a Marketing Lead who's passionate about defining new product narratives and launching innovative tools in the CRM space. Reporting to the Head of Marketing CRM, you'll own the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for monday CRM's newest product lines — in areas like AI and marketing — and help shape how we bring these innovations to the world.
This is a strategic and hands-on role for a creative, analytical marketer with strong storytelling, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership skills. You'll have a direct impact on how our new products are perceived, adopted, and scaled.
About monday CRM
The CRM product operates as a startup entity within our company. With a team of over 80 individuals spanning product, R&D, design, analysts, marketing, product marketing, content creation, and even video editing, we possess all the necessary resources to build an exceptional organization and drive rapid growth for the company.
Launched in May 2022, our CRM product has seen exceptional growth. With over 32K paying accounts and 22X ARR growth compared to 's main product, this is one of the fastest-growing CRMs in the world - even though CRM is one of the most competitive SaaS categories. The potential ahead is vast.
About The Role- Define and lead the marketing strategy for monday CRM's new products, including AI and marketing-focused solutions.
- Develop and own clear positioning and messaging frameworks that resonate with our audiences and differentiate our offerings in a crowded market.
- Partner closely with product and performance marketing, product, and sales to align cross-functional efforts around new product launches.
- Create compelling content and narratives across web, campaigns, sales enablement, and customer-facing materials.
- Collaborate with analysts and strategy teams to set and track measurable goals for awareness, adoption, and engagement.
- Use data and performance insights to continuously refine positioning, messaging, and conversions. A data-oriented mindset is critical to success in this role.
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, or strategic content roles in a B2B SaaS company, with 3+ years as a lead .
- Proven success in developing positioning and messaging for new product launches.
- Ability to translate technical product details into value-driven, customer-friendly narratives.
- Strong analytical skills - comfortable working with data to support messaging decisions and go-to-market performance.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- A strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities - you're equally comfortable building high-level strategies and rolling up your sleeves to write copy or build a deck.
- Native-level English fluency with exceptional writing and editing abilities.
