As we expand, we're looking for a rockstar CRM Manager to join our great team
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a robust CRM strategy geared towards enhancing user engagement and meeting key business objectives.
- Oversee the optimization of communication channels, including push notifications, emails, and in-app messages, to drive impactful CRM campaigns and user journeys.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, maintain detailed reports, and utilize dashboards to track success and uncover actionable insights for improving user engagement.
- Build and optimize campaigns, orchestrate automated journeys, set up control groups, holdouts, and A/B tests, monitor campaign health, delivery, and data sync status, and continuously iterate based on performance and test results.
- Analyze CRM performance using analytics CRM and internal BI tools, track key KPIs such as retention (D1/D7/D30), LTV, ARPU, churn, open/click/conversion rates. Provide insights and recommendations to improve results and align with broader business goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with LiveOps, Product, Monetization, Creative, and Data teams to align campaigns with game events, player journeys, and business strategy.
Requirments:
- At least 3 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or marketing automation.
- Excellent communication abilities with a track record of collaborating effectively with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with relevant CRM tools and platforms such as Braze, One Signal, Clever Tap, etc
- Strong analytical skills, adept at handling sizable datasets.
- Demonstrated success in project execution and assuming complete ownership of initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in English
