A leading company in the Cyber Security Solutions field is seeking a strong, emotionally intelligent, and deeply strategic Head of HR for Corporate to partner with three global C-level functions: CFO, COO/Operations, and MIS.
This leader will play a central role in the company's organizational transformation - modernizing long-standing structures, developing leaders, driving cultural change, and enabling significant global growth.

This is a role for someone who blends OD expertise, strategic partnership, project leadership, and the resilience to navigate a highly complex organizational environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR partner to CFO, Operations, and MIS global leadership teams.

  • Lead significant organizational transformation efforts - structures, roles, capabilities, culture.

  • Build and execute global workforce strategies.

  • Drive OD programs: leadership development, team effectiveness, change management, capability building.

  • Act as a trusted advisor and change agent for executives and senior managers.

  • Manage a small global HR team and coordinate with HRBPs across regions.

  • Support global hiring, internal mobility, succession planning, and capability mapping.

  • Identify gaps and propose actionable solutions across all people processes.

  • Provide strategic guidance on complex, high-sensitivity people issues.

  • Build narratives that inspire leaders and employees; provide direction and clarity.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of HR leadership experience in global, matrixed environments.

  • Strong OD background with proven experience driving transformation.

  • Ability to operate independently and make high-quality decisions with limited oversight.

  • Resilience, maturity, and the ability to influence senior executives.

  • Experience with large-scale global operations, including India.

  • Strong project management capabilities; ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

  • Fluent English; cybersecurity experience preferred.

  • Ideal for someone who has already been a #1 HR leader and wants to re-enter a large corporate environment.
