E-Commerce - Technical - Project Manager

We're a fast-growing SaaS startup (around 50 employees), with a young, dynamic, and idea-driven culture.

Our platform provides advanced solutions for email marketing, newsletters, SMS campaigns, landing pages, marketing automation, and complex customer journeys.

We serve a wide range of clients - from SMBs to large enterprise and institutional organizations in Israel and abroad.

You'll work closely with the CMO in a role that blends marketing ownership with technical expertise.

What We're Looking For (Besides the Classic Requirements):

  • A hands-on professional who dives deep, not just manages.
  • Someone who knows what the DOM is, can connect systems, and speaks both "marketing" and "tech" fluently in the same conversation.
  • A true data-driven mindset - automation, insights, and efficiency.
  • Hungry to grow, high-energy, and thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Technical Skills:

  • Solid experience in E-commerce (setup, operation, conversion optimization).
  • Proven expertise with platforms such as Shopify / WooCommerce / Magento.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools: Zapier / Make (Integromat) -

  • Web-oriented skills: basic HTML/CSS/JS, or proven technical background (SQL queries, technical courses).
  • Experience with Marketing Automation platforms -strong advantage.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools: Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with B2B & B2C clients.
  • Service-oriented, solution-focused, and able to truly understand customer needs.
  • Detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills.
  • Independent, proactive, and value-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, young, and results-driven team.

Background:

  • Relevant degree/education in Information Systems, Marketing Communication, UX, Software Engineering – advantage.
  • Relevant courses in SQL, automations, or e-commerce platforms.
