About the Opportunity

A large, well-established retail enterprise is launching a company-wide
Oracle ERP Cloud (Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP)
re-implementation to replace its legacy platform. We're seeking a
Senior ERP Project Manager
with deep expertise in
ERP implementation, digital transformation, and Agile project management
to drive this high-visibility, multi-phase program (~3 years).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end ERP program: requirements, solution design,
    data migration
    , cleansing, testing, go-live, hyper-care.
  • Manage
    cross-functional business processes
    across procurement, supply chain, logistics, inventory, and finance.
  • Own
    change-management
    and user-adoption strategy; provide executive-level status reports and chair steering-committee meetings.
  • Coordinate internal teams,
    system integrators
    , and Oracle Cloud partners to meet scope, schedule, and budget targets.
  • Apply
    Agile / Scrum
    best practices, KPIs, and sprint ceremonies to accelerate value delivery.

Requirements

  • 5+ years
    as an
    ERP Project/Program Manager
    leading complex, multi-site ERP rollouts – mandatory.
  • Proven success with
    cloud-based ERP implementations
    (Oracle ERP Cloud / Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP preferred; SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or NetSuite a plus).
  • Strong background in
    data migration, master-data governance, and process re-engineering
    .
  • Expertise in
    stakeholder management, executive communication, and risk mitigation
    .
  • Experience managing
    Agile projects
    , vendor contracts, and integration partners.
  • Bachelor's in Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications an advantage.
  • Fluent English (Hebrew an asset).
