Job Description:

We seek a
Priority ERP Specialist
to drive data integration projects and design efficient data interfaces for our core MIS platforms, including ERP and CRM systems.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless data flow between systems, optimizing business processes, and refining the organization's data architecture.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver robust solutions for data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Interface Design:
    Develop, implement, and manage data interfaces between core MIS platforms to ensure seamless integration across systems.
  • Data Integration Projects:
    Plan and execute data migration and integration projects to support business operations and scalability.
  • System Optimization:
    Continuously enhance ERP and CRM platforms to improve data handling, performance, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Business Process Alignment:
    Work with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and deliver effective technical solutions.
  • Project Management:
    Manage MIS-related projects, including scope definition, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Data Quality Assurance:
    Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across platforms

  • Technical Support:
    Provide advanced support for ERP, CRM, and data integration systems, troubleshooting issues to minimize disruptions.

Requirements
:

  • Education:
    B.Sc. degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience
    & knowledge with
    Priority ERP
    or other enterprise ERP, including integrations.
  • Technical Skills:
    Strong proficiency in SQL, ETL processes, and database management; familiarity with APIs and middleware tools for data integration.
  • Analytical Expertise:
    Exceptional problem-solving skills focusing on data architecture and process optimization.
  • Communication Skills:
    Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively work with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Project Management:
    Demonstrated experience managing complex technical projects using tools like Jira, MS Project, or similar.
  • Innovative Approach:
    A proactive mindset to identify and implement scalable data integration solutions.

Preferred Qualifications
:

  • Experience with
    Zoho CRM
    or similar CRM platforms is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and reporting systems (Power BI & Tableau)
  • Experience with MS Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python) for data manipulation.
