Job Description and Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and talented
Systems Analyst and Project Manager
to lead and manage a strategic project for the implementation of the
Priority ERP system
within a manufacturing company.

The role involves: end-to-end project management and responsibility for adapting the system to the organization's needs, user support, process improvement, and cross-departmental workflow optimization.

  • Managing the implementation project of the Priority system across all departments of the company.
  • Implementing and deploying modules within the Priority system according to the needs of the various departments.
  • Gathering business requirements, defining needs, and analyzing existing organizational processes.
  • Improving and optimizing organizational processes using the system, with an emphasis on
    manufacturing, logistics, procurement, and inventory
    processes.
  • Defining screens, forms, reports, interfaces, and alerts within the system.
  • Training employees and supporting users to adopt new tools and processes.
  • Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers, including programmers and IT personnel.
  • The role requires a deep business understanding and the ability to bridge the gap between field needs and the technological solution.

Job Requirements (Mandatory and Advantage)

  • Full proficiency in the Priority system – Mandatory.
  • Experience in a similar role:
    At least 4 years of experience in a similar position (Implementer, Systems Analyst, Project Manager).
  • Experience in writing specification documents and analyzing business processes – Mandatory.
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector:
    A significant advantage for prior experience and in-depth knowledge working with industrial/manufacturing companies, and an understanding of production processes.
  • Prior experience and knowledge of the
    Salesforce CRM
    system – Significant advantage.
  • High proficiency in
    Excel
    .
  • Education:
    Relevant Bachelor's Degree (Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering and Management, or equivalent) – Advantage.
  • Language:
    Good level of English (speaking, reading, and writing) – Mandatory.
  • Additional Skills:
    Ability to manage tasks independently, organization and accuracy, and excellent interpersonal skills.
