Responsibilities:

  • Lead NPI activities and manage cross-functional collaboration between R&D, Operations, QA, and Regulatory.
  • Define and implement NPI strategies and processes to support product launch readiness.
  • Oversee design transfer from development to production, ensuring manufacturability and compliance.
  • Support process validation, line setup, and scale-up for production.
  • Ensure documentation aligns with regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO
  • Drive continuous improvement in NPI processes.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering
    – a must.
  • 5+ years of experience
    in NPI or engineering roles within the
    medical device industry
    – a must.
  • 2+ years in a leadership or team lead position
    .
  • Deep knowledge of
    design transfer
    , production processes, and medical device regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
  • Fluent English – spoken and written.
