We're on the hunt for a talented, experienced, Accounts Receivable Coordinator who will join our incredible Finance Operations team.

As an
Accounts Receivable Coordinator
, you'll play a key role in managing our customer collections and ensuring smooth financial operations. This is a hands-on position where accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills are essential. You'll work closely with customers to monitor open balances, handle collection activities, and resolve billing issues while collaborating with internal teams like Sales and Customer Success. Beyond day-to-day responsibilities, you'll also support process improvements and help shape efficient, scalable workflows that keep our finance operations running at their best.

Responsibilities

  • Locate and monitor overdue customers with open balances.
  • Manage written communication and collection calls with customers.
  • Upload invoices to customer portals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across all relevant systems.
  • Maintain accurate collection reports and escalate issues promptly to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to resolve billing disputes.
  • Support the Finance Manager on the monthly billing cycle and assist with ad-hoc tasks.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to optimize billing and collection workflows.

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on expertise with Excel.
  • High-level English – speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Strong understanding of corporate processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple systems and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Service-oriented and a strong team player.
  • Quick learner with ability to adapt to new tools and services.
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, NetSuite) – an advantage.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles (AR, revenue cycle, VAT implications) – a plus.
  • Prior experience in a global/multi-currency environment – an advantage.
