We are seeking an experienced
Senior Account Executive
to lead client relationship management, customer retention, and business development.
This role is responsible for building strategies to enhance customer experience, managing ongoing communication with clients and professional staff placed at client sites, collaborating with service and sales teams, coordinating with business and technology partners, and identifying evolving client needs to provide effective solutions- all while meeting business objectives related to client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve customer experience, tailored to evolving client and market needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, R&D, Operations) to optimize overall customer experience.
- Build and execute customer retention plans, handle inquiries and issues, and conduct satisfaction surveys.
- Establish and maintain long-term client relationships through ongoing communication and status meetings.
- Track and analyze client-related performance metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to management.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing and potential client accounts.
- Manage and support outsourced employees assigned to client sites.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management with enterprise clients- experience in a technology services company is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent negotiation, conflict management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Deep understanding of client needs and market dynamics.
- High-level English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Relevant academic degree.
