So, what's the job?

We're expanding our Product Growth Team and looking for a Product Manager with strong technical orientation to own the infrastructure and capabilities that enable and accelerate our growth funnels and experiments.

You will:

  • Build and optimize core Growth infrastructure and internal systems (funnels, user states, registration, payments, experimentation).
  • Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and optimization experiments to improve conversion, engagement, and retention.
  • Define and track key KPIs, turning data into actionable insights that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Lead impactful user experiences and drive strategic initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Partner closely with R&D, Data, Design, Marketing, and Support to ensure scalable, reliable, and growth-oriented solutions.

What kind of candidates are we looking for?

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2C tech company.
  • Strong technical background; comfortable working with engineers on system design, data flows, and product infrastructure.
  • Proven experience with growth-related infrastructure (e.g., funnels, identity, registration, payments, or internal tooling).
  • Hands-on experience planning, running, and analyzing product experiments.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and align stakeholders around growth goals.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience scaling complex funnel or user-state infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools for funnel discovery and experimentation (e.g., Vibe-code).
  • Background in subscription-based or consumer payment products.
