Augury is looking for a Bookkeeper to join our growing Finance team and support our global expansion. Reporting to the Controller, you will own all aspects of vendor accounting, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and play a key role in closing the books each month. You'll also support audits, tax filings, and contribute to exciting ad hoc projects.

A Day in Your Life

  • Take full ownership of vendor accounting and reporting.
  • Play an essential role in the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process.
  • Monitor, review, and reconcile financial data for accuracy.
  • Work closely with external auditors during annual audits.
  • Prepare statutory financial statements and tax filings (e.g., Maam, 856).

Controls & Processes

  • Develop and maintain effective internal controls and accounting processes.
  • Assist with implementing new accounting policies.
  • Provide professional guidance and mentorship to bookkeeping team members.

What You Bring

  • Certified Bookkeeper (Level 3) with at least 5 years of experience managing full sets of accounts, including subsidiary ledgers.
  • Detail-oriented mindset – able to dive deep, identify gaps, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Strong ownership – you take accountability and deliver with precision.
  • Service orientation – excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal, English), with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

  • Experience with NetSuite

  • Background in the high-tech industry
  • Certified Bookkeeper Diploma
