Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy for both B2C and B2B segments, from awareness to retention.
  • Define and monitor key marketing KPIs; use data to evaluate and optimize performance.
  • Launch and scale customer acquisition channels from scratch, including SEO, PPC, affiliate, and offline marketing.
  • Lead brand development and drive consistent messaging across digital and offline touchpoints.
  • Manage marketing budget allocation, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
  • Build and oversee internal marketing functions as well as external vendors (agencies, designers, copywriters).
  • Drive CRO and retention through funnel analysis, A/B testing, and personalized campaigns.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, compliance, legal, and operations teams to ensure alignment and regulatory accuracy.
  • Support PR and partnerships to grow brand awareness in key markets.
  • Own the digital infrastructure: landing pages, marketing website, social media, and tracking systems.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in marketing with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to launch and scale marketing from zero, including brand creation and acquisition infrastructure.
  • Strong expertise in performance marketing (PPC, SEO), digital analytics, and growth experimentation.
  • Track record of building and managing internal marketing teams and external contractors.
  • Ability to define KPIs, manage budgets, and extract actionable insights from marketing data.
  • Excellent strategic thinking combined with a roll-up-your-sleeves execution style.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (product, legal, compliance, etc.).
  • Experience working in or with fintech companies — especially in regulated markets — is a strong advantage.
  • Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and English is required.
  • Proficiency in Russian is highly important and considered a strong advantage.
