Role Overview
The Compliance Technical Project Lead will be responsible for driving technical and operational initiatives that support the organization's Governance, Risk, and Compliance objectives. This role combines project leadership with hands-on technical expertise to implement dashboards, automate workflows, manage internal audit programs, and address required integrations with the existing tools.
Key Responsibilities
  • Dashboard Integrations & Implementations - Design, develop, and integrate compliance dashboards to provide real-time visibility into risk, audit, and compliance metrics. Ensure seamless data flow between systems and accurate reporting such as the GRC tool and the SOC2 controls.
  • JIRA Automation - Build and maintain automated workflows in JIRA to streamline compliance processes, track audit findings, and manage remediation tasks efficiently and according to the timeline that the auditors dictate. 
  • Internal Audit Program Management - Oversee the planning, execution, and follow-up of internal audits. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely completion of audit plans and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Professional Conferences & Industry Engagement - Stay up to date on industry trends and bring back actionable insights to enhance internal compliance practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with the CISO, Platform Security, and physical security teams to align technical implementations with compliance objectives and regulatory standards and manage all the evidence Gathering for the internal Audits according to the audit plan.
Key Qualifications & Experience
  • Technical Skills - Proven experience with dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and system integrations.
  • Education & Background - bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, development, or a related technological field
  • Strong organizational and execution skills.
  • 3–5 years of experience in compliance, audits, testing, integrations or Q&A roles.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and industry standards.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of JIRA administration and automation capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives to completion.
