We are seeking a passionate and experienced Influencer Marketing Team Lead to spearhead the company's influencer marketing efforts within this dynamic gaming company. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of gaming culture, a proven track record in executing successful influencer campaigns, and the ability to lead a team to achieve exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of performance-oriented, data-driven high-scale influencer marketing strategies.
  • Development of varied influencer briefs alongside visuals to support the campaigns across different platforms (YT, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Twitch).
  • Researching relevant industry experts, competitors, target audiences, and users
  • Brainstorming new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns.
  • Being aware of the emerging trends, technologies, and influencers as well as being trendsetters.
  • Close work with the game studios, marketing, legal, research, and creative teams on projects that work across different channels.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with partners and influencers.
  • Execution of high scale complex Brand performance multiplatform activities.

What we expect:

  • Proven experience (2-3+ years) in influencer marketing- must
  • Strong leadership skills with previous experience managing and developing a team. (2-3 yrs manager)
  • Team lead, with a track record of successful campaign execution and demonstrated ROI-Must
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights- performance marketing experience- Must
  • Proficient in using influencer marketing tools and platforms- Must.
  • High level of written and verbal English communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and influencer landscape.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining influencer relationships.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to conceptualize unique and engaging influencer campaigns.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
