Job Description:

We are seeking a high-caliber Operations & Strategy Partner to join the founding team of an ambitious oil & gas venture. This role combines comprehensive organizational leadership, operational oversight, and strategic partnership with senior executives. You will be central to building the company's operational backbone and ensuring alignment between strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities:


• Organizational Leadership: Design and implement workflows, performance metrics, reporting systems, and operational best practices to drive efficiency and alignment across teams.


• Strategic Partnership with Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor to the owners and senior executives, managing priorities, coordinating initiatives, and translating strategy into actionable results.


• Project & Operational Oversight: Lead cross-functional projects across logistics, finance, marketing, and operations, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.


• Driving Transformational Initiatives: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, partners, and suppliers to deliver on high-impact strategic objectives.
