TBO.COM - an international award-winning travel tech organization is looking for an experienced Customer Service specialist to join our Israeli team. The ideal candidate has high verbal, writing and communication working skills both in English and Hebrew languages regularly.

TBO is a global platform that aims to simplify all buying and selling travel needs of travel partners across the world. The proprietary technology platform aims to simplify the demands of the complex world of global travel by seamlessly connecting the highly distributed travel buyers and travel suppliers at scale.

The TBO journey began in 2006 with a simple goal – to address the evolving needs of travel buyers and suppliers, and what started off as a single product air ticketing company, has today become the leading B2A (Business to Agents) travel portal across the Americas, UK & Europe, Africa, Middle East, India, and Asia Pacific.

Today, TBO's product range from air, hotels, rail, holiday packages, car rentals, transfers, sightseeing, cruise, and cargo. Apart from these products, our proprietary platform relies heavily on AI/ML to offer unique listings and products, meeting specific requirements put forth by customers, thus increasing conversions.

TBO's travel APIs are serving large travel ecosystems across the world while the modular architecture of the platform enables new travel products while expanding across new geographies.

Job description:

  • Operational handling of Online Reservations for Hotels, Flights, Car rental, Transfers, etc.,
  • Coordinate offline requests with internal departments
  • Handling bookings/cases with last-minute and on-spot challenges to solve problems
  • Receiving incoming calls helping travel agents using the platform and managing reservations with special requests
  • Negotiate customer needs with suppliers and individuals, using out-going call to find and agree on best resolutions.
  • Creative thinking and results-oriented candidate with ability to handle complicated cases while coordinating with multiple stakeholders
  • Operating few online systems at once, providing service to travel agents
  • Responsible to solve operational and administration cases/tasks from A-Z

Qualifications:

  • Service oriented persona with high communication skills, fluent in English and Hebrew
  • Independent, self-motivated, patience, and goal-oriented work style, solving problems
  • Can control and lead multiple tasks, activating all resources to efficiency solve cases
  • Experience working B2B with travel agents/ business professional is a big plus
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products/system, and company procedures
  • Working proficiency in English & Hebrew

We are offering nice working environment with a start-up mode in Ramat-Gan.

Optional for working partially remotely after 3-month, working shifts is optional.
