About the Role

Lead the cybersecurity architecture and system engineering of mission computers and airborne communication systems for advanced combat platforms. This role involves defining requirements, designing secure architectures, leading integration and testing activities, and supporting all project phases while interfacing with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, specify, and write cybersecurity requirements for hardware, software, and infrastructure components.
  • Lead system design reviews (PDR, CDR).
  • Conduct system integration and testing in laboratory and airborne environments.
  • Prepare and execute acceptance test procedures (lab and in-flight).
  • Define flight-test requirements and analyze test results.
  • Support all project lifecycle stages: development, testing, validation, serial production, and customer delivery.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders: customers, subcontractors, and partners.

Requirements

  • BSc in Aeronautical Engineering / Computer Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering –
    required

  • Hands-on experience in developing cybersecurity solutions and hardening techniques for physical systems, embedded computing platforms, or mission-critical architectures (not web-based systems)

  • Experience in network security and secure communication protocols –

  • Familiarity with military avionics systems, interfaces, and standards –
    strong advantage

  • MSc in Systems Engineering –

  • Experience in designing and implementing multidisciplinary systems, preferably avionics –

  • CISM / CISSP certification –

  • Strong technical English skills.
