Sales Manager
to lead group and corporate sales, acquire new clients, and expand the company's activity in the business and organizational market.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Managing and leading a group sales team.
  • Building strategic relationships with companies, institutions, and corporations.
  • Developing sales processes, training agents, and implementing procedures.
  • Creating value propositions and customized pricing for groups.
  • Ongoing reporting and monitoring of sales targets and activity.

Requirements:

  • Relevant academic degree.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or sales team management.
  • Very high level of English.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours according to company needs.
  • Experience working with travel agents and organizations – an advantage.
