Boostapp is one of the fastest-growing SaaS platforms in Israel's local business market, powering thousands of studios and service-based businesses with advanced management, scheduling, payments and automations tools. The company is headquartered in Eilat, with additional branch in Tel-Aviv.

We're looking for a business intelligence analyst to join Boostapp's efforts around 
developing and implementing data strategies
, 
conducting analysis
 and 
designing and maintaining dashboard and analysis tools
.

Using you technical and analytical skills, you'll be responsible for telling the story behind the numbers and to understand how people interact with our products.

Responsibilities:

  • Be on the cutting edge of analysis, leveraging our data sources to propose new ideas that you'll then see implemented.
  • Analyze large, complex data sets representing users' behaviour, see beyond numbers and help to inform, influence, support and execute our business decisions.
  • Work closely with Product and management, be proactive and provide actionable recommendations and conclusions from CRM data to shape features and future product roadmaps and business strategies.
  • Build reports and dashboards to monitor product performance, key business metrics and user's experience.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field experience.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable impact.
  • Excellent storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Highly experienced with SQL.
