A global leader in the RegTech industry for Identity Verification and management, with more than 85 million end-users worldwide is looking for an R&D Team Lead to join its core platform team and take part in developing the company's future product. The company is building its own proprietary real-time video OCR, Facial Biometrics engine, and Liveness detection modules, as part of its Identity Management Platform.

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience as team lead
  • B.Sc in computer science or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years of experience as a Back end Java developer - Must.
  • Experience in Node JS at the server-side and ReactJS at the front end is preferred.
  • Experience working with one of the public clouds (AWS – advantage).
  • Strong OOP understanding
  • Good knowledge of relational databases. MySQL is preferred.
  • Hands-on, intensive coding capabilities.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Highly motivated team player with great interpersonal capabilities.
