The VP Business Operations will bridge strategy and execution, driving productivity, profitability, and operational excellence through AI, data, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead global business operations, building smart, scalable, data-driven systems.
  • Implement AI-powered tools and predictive analytics to enhance efficiency (SalesOps, DeliveryOps, HR, Finance).
  • Develop KPI & BI frameworks integrating CRM, ERP, and data platforms for real-time insights.
  • Partner with CEO, CFO, and business leaders to translate strategy into measurable plans.
  • Standardize global operations and processes across regions (Israel, EMEA, NAMER).
  • Promote AI adoption, enablement, and a culture of innovation and transparency.

KPIs

  • Higher productivity per FTE and delivery efficiency.
  • Improved margins, utilization, and client satisfaction.
  • Faster business cycles via automation.
  • Real-time visibility into performance.

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in BizOps, COO, or Information Systems leadership roles.
  • Experience in tech services (Cloud, DevOps, SaaS, or AI).
  • Strong knowledge of AI, data systems, CRM, ERP, and BI tools.
  • Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
  • Global mindset and cross-regional experience.
