We are looking for a Brand Design Manager who thinks strategically and executes hands-on. 

This role is for a maker - someone who can ideate, design, write, build, publish, and iterate across all brand touchpoints.

You will shape and maintain the visual identity for our next-generation wearable neural-interface products across B2C and B2B audiences. Your work will span web, product UI, social media, video, packaging, and trade-show experiences — ensuring a seamless brand language from first touch to in-product interaction.

You'll collaborate across marketing, product, and content teams to express the brand's vision - redefining how humans interact with technology through intuitive, intent-based control.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Development

  • Own and evolve the company's visual identity across all consumer and enterprise channels.
  • Maintain a cohesive brand system — logo, typography, motion, and color — across digital, physical, and spatial environments.
  • Translate complex technologies into clear, emotionally resonant visual narratives.
  • Ensure seamless brand-to-product continuity throughout the entire user journey.

Website Maintenance and Development

  • Conduct ongoing updates to the company's websites - Content updates (copy, visuals, product info, use-cases), UX improvements
  • Design, test and launch new landing pages and website categories
  • Build onboarding pages, new use-cases pages, and technology education pages

Graphic Design

  • Build and maintain unified brand assets — including digital libraries, guidelines, and press kits for B2B and B2C use.
  • Design creative materials for campaigns, presentations, packaging, and print collateral.
  • Develop polished templates for investor, marketing, and product presentations.
  • Collaborate on product UI design and manage briefs for external studios and event booths.
  • Lead and mentor a remote junior designer while ensuring consistent brand quality across all outputs.
  • Proven experience managing external design studios and multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines.

Social and Storytelling

  • Create, publish, and manage content across social platforms (IG, TikTok, FB, YouTube, Reddit).
  • Write scripts and produce video content — from tutorials and unboxings to vendor-managed 3D animations.
  • Engage with online communities and respond to comments to build trust and strengthen brand presence.

Qualifications

  • 6-7+ years of experience in brand, product, and graphic design — preferably within consumer electronics, wearables, or emerging tech.
  • Proven success in building cohesive brand systems and translating complex product visions into intuitive digital and physical experiences.
  • Hands-on expertise in visual storytelling, UI/UX, and ensuring brand consistency from concept through print and production.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and web platforms such as Wix, Shopify, WordPress, and Elementor.
  • Demonstrated leadership managing design teams and external studios, delivering multiple projects under tight deadlines.
