About the Role
:

We're looking for a Bookkeeper to join our amazing team in Tel Aviv. In this role, you'll take ownership of day-to-day financial transactions, including managing accounts receivable and payable, and providing key support to our Finance team. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and have a passion for numbers, we'd love to meet you

Responsibilities
:

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including reconciliations of accounts receivable and payable.
  • Prepare and process monthly payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Record, issue, and track invoices.
  • Oversee credit card reconciliations and ensure accuracy.
  • Handle employee travel and expense reimbursements in compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly financial close processes, including vendor reconciliations, trial balances, and tax returns.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with external auditors as needed.
  • Provide support to the finance team on ad hoc projects and initiatives.

Qualifications
:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a bookkeeper.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Hebrew, written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
  • Experience with NetSuite – strong advantage.
