About the Role

Lead Marketing and Brand Designer

**Herzliya – 4 days/week from office **

Kasha
, is seeking a
marketing design leader
. We're looking for a hands-on design leader

who will own every marketing touchpoint—brand identity, landing pages, banners,

campaigns— to create beautiful design that drives business results. You'll shape how the

world sees Kasha, from high-level brand vision down to banners. You are a visual

storyteller, who can convey emotion, encouragement and delight with design.

We're seeking a design business partner who asks themselves - will this drive better

results? And press publish, only when they're confident, the answer is "Yes".

If you're versatile, expressive, and love to experiment with AI to work smarter and faster,

this role is yours to lead.

What you'll do


• Own Kasha's marketing design—from concept to delivery—across brand, website,

ads, landing pages, email, social, and more.


• Turn brand strategy into a consistent, compelling visual language.


• Build and optimise AI-powered design workflows to keep output high-quality and

efficient.


• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to create campaigns that

convert.


• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, plus a library of ready-to-go templates and

assets.


• Roll up your sleeves when needed—this is as much about doing as directing.

What you bring


• 2–4 years in brand, marketing, or graphic design (in-house or agency) with a

portfolio spanning digital and marketing design.


• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva—and advanced use of AI tools

like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar.


• A track record of design that delivers measurable business impact.


• Strong grasp of storytelling, typography, and composition.


• Ability to juggle multiple projects and thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.


• Clear, confident communicator and collaborator.

Nice to have


• Motion design or video editing skills.


• Startup or fast-growth company experience.

• Based in Israel, willing to work 4 days/week from our Herzliya office.
