TECHNICAL PRODUCT MANAGER

Siamo alla ricerca di una persona per ricoprire il ruolo di Technical Product Manager.

La risorsa selezionata sarà inserita nel team di sviluppo come responsabile di prodotto presso la sede di Genova.

Il/la candidato/a ideale è una persona curiosa, con solide capacità di gestione team, forte problem solving, orientata ai risultati e con eccellenti doti comunicative.

Job Profile

  • Gestione autonoma di progetti di sviluppo su prodotti proprietari e coordinamento con i team interni.
  • Gestione della roadmap di prodotto, con identificazione delle priorità, allineate con la strategia aziendale
  • Coordinare il team di sviluppo e collaborare con team cross-funzionali che contribuiscono allo sviluppo del prodotto.
  • Contribuire alla progettazione di nuovi moduli e funzionalità guidando i team di sviluppo secondo la roadmap condivisa
  • Pianificare backlog, sprint di sviluppo e fornire mentoring tecnico al team.
  • Identificare e monitorare metriche di controllo degli outcome del prodotto
  • Gestire l'evoluzione dell'architettura del prodotto, garantendo scalabilità, manutenibilità e performance.

Competenze ed esperienze

  • Laurea triennale/magistrale in Informatica, Ingegneria o discipline affini con 5+ anni di esperienza
  • Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nella gestione di prodotti software B2B
  • Mindset analitico e orientato ai risultati
  • Capacità di identificare priorità e soluzioni anche in contesti dagli elevati ritmi di sviluppo
  • Almeno 3 anni di esperienza di sviluppo in ambiente Java o in alternativa, familiarità nella comunicazione con team di sviluppatori
  • Familiarità con architetture a microservizi e con database e modellazione dati
