•Experience coordinating projects, pilots, training sessions, or cross-team initiatives (internships count).

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Junior GenAI & Data Project Coordinator to join our AI Center of Excellence (CoE). This role serves as the "copilot" to the AI CoE Lead, supporting the day-to-day coordination, admin and operational execution of the CoE's portfolio of AI initiatives.

You will support the day-to-day administration and coordination of CoE initiatives: managing documentation, meeting cadence, action-item follow-ups, and Jira updates.

This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate in Industrial & Management Engineering (or similar) to build experience in operational coordination and administrative program support: managing documentation, meeting cadence, Jira processes, and cross-team follow-ups in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

1) Jira / Execution Management


•Manage CoE workstreams in Jira: create and maintain epics/stories/tasks, keep status updated, maintain backlog hygiene, and ensure workflow consistency.


•Support sprint and delivery routines (as relevant): preparation, notes, action tracking, and follow-ups.

2) AI Pilot Operations (Internal Programs & Workstreams)


•Support pilot logistics and operations: schedules, coordination with contributors, session logistics, communications, and tracking open items.


•Maintain pilot documentation (FAQs, guidelines, known issues, change notes) and ensure it is current and accessible.


•Coordinate inputs and feedback from stakeholders and consolidate into clear summaries and next steps.

3) Operational Excellence & Governance Support


•Manage CoE artifacts and templates: intake forms, project trackers, status templates, playbooks, and reusable materials.


•Ensure required documentation is complete and aligned with CoE standards before moving initiatives forward.
