Our engagement drives us to change the way people print on textiles today and in the future.You are invited to be part of it to #expressyourbestClick to learn more > Reports to: Global Material Planning Team LeaderLocation: Afek Industrial Park, Rosh Ha'ayinWe're looking for a Junior Supply & Demand Planner to join our Global Planning Team.This is a hands-on planner role with guided ownership, designed to grow from analysis and execution to end-to-end planning responsibility, with daily interaction across Operations, Procurement, Engineering, Warehouse, and Customer Success.You'll work at the intersection of planning, operations, and customer delivery, supporting global planning of spare parts and materials that directly impact service levels and customer experience, while gaining exposure to AI-powered planning capabilities.What you will do?Analyze demand – Review historical consumption, trends, and business inputs to support demand forecastingSupport supply planning – Help translate demand into supply plans using ERP systems (Oracle Cloud)Track execution – Monitor shortages, delays, and expediting needs and support resolution with partnersSupport changes – Assist with planning activities related to product changes, new items, and phase-outsMonitor KPIs – Track planning metrics such as forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and delivery performanceAI & analytics exposure – Take part in implementing and improving data, automation, and AI-based planning toolsContinuous improvement – Support improvement of planning processes, data quality, and workflows What should you have?Education – B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (junior / graduate level)Experience – 0–2 years (internships, student projects, or first roles welcome)Analytical mindset – Strong Excel skills; interest in data, BI tools, and AI applicationsSystems curiosity – Experience or strong interest in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.)Collaboration skills – A team player who works effectively with multiple stakeholders in a high-paced, cross-functional environmentPressure resilience – Able to prioritize, adapt, and stay focused when timelines are tight and conditions changeCommunication – Comfortable working in English with global teamsMindset – Curious, proactive, and motivated to growWhy Join UsReal impact – Direct influence on customer delivery and service qualityClear growth path – From junior analyst to full planner ownershipCross-functional exposure – Work with global, multidisciplinary teamsAI transformation participation – Take part in shaping and adopting AI-driven planning approaches as the organization builds its future planning capabilitiesKORNIT is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
