Head of FP&A

About the Role

We're looking for a strategic, data-driven, and hands-on Head of FP&A to lead our Financial Planning & Analysis function and serve as a key partner to all teams. In this role, you will own company planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance analytics, financial decision support and more. You will help shape our growth strategy by delivering insights, building strong financial models, and driving operational excellence across the organization.

What You Will Do

• Strategic Planning: Own the company's long-term financial model and drive the annual plan as well as rolling forecasts.
• Business Partnering: Partner closely with functional leaders to drive financial accountability and performance and help them make data-base decisions. 
• Board & Investor Reporting: Prepare quarterly presentations and materials for the Board of Directors.
• Performance Analysis: Deep dive into KPIs (e.g., CAC, ARR, Gross Margin) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
• Systems & Process: Develop scalable FP&A processes, systems, and tools as the company grows..
• Provide ad hoc strategic analyses to support company leadership

What You Bring

• Experience: 7+ years of experience in Finance, with at least 3 years in FP&A or Strategic Finance. Experience in B2B SaaS is preferred.
• Experience from public/large private companies is a big advantage. 
• Technical Mastery: You are an absolute wizard in Excel/Google Sheets and able to perform creative and complex modeling . 
• Communication: You can tell a story with numbers. You are comfortable presenting complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders and challenging the status quo when necessary.
• Cross-functional partner who stays effective, clear, and solutions-oriented in high-pressure environments.
