At Perion's legal team, we are handling some of the most intriguing legal and commercial topics relating to the rapidly developing ad tech and privacy regime. We are looking for an exceptional, passionate, proactive and business-savvy legal counsel to join our team in Israel for an 8-month maternity leave replacement position. In this role, you will support our various business units in all aspects of global privacy regulation and data protection as well as our commercial activity. This is a great opportunity to work on exciting initiatives with a highly talented team.

Job Descriptio

  • nProvide ongoing legal counseling on various privacy compliance and commercial related matters, as well as AI related matter
  • sCollaborate with cross-company teams such as sales, product, DevOps, security and marketing on data protection matter
  • sProvide practical, business-oriented legal advice and recommendations on matters pertaining to the Company's business and operation
  • sStay abreast of and provide guidance on developments in privacy and other relevant laws and regulations and ensure implementation within the organizatio
  • nDraft and maintain privacy and other policies, templates, training and procedure
  • sDraft and negotiate data processing contracts and other legal documents relating to privac
  • yDraft and negotiate various commercial contracts and other related legal document
  • sCollaborate with various teams in the organization to deeply understand the company's products and practices and provide advice on best practices to ensure compliance with the applicable regulatio

Qualification**

  • s:5+ years of relevant experience preferably in a technology company or in the privacy compliance or high-tech department of a leading law firm. Experience in the ad tech industry is an advantag
  • e.In-depth knowledge of privacy regulations such as the GDPR and CP
