About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial
Director of Product Management
to lead our
data product portfolio
, driving innovation across
analytics, machine learning, and insights-driven products
. This role will manage and mentor a team of product managers while shaping the product vision, strategy, and execution roadmap.

The ideal candidate combines
deep business acumen
with
strong technical fluency
, a proven ability to bring new data products to life, and measurable experience in delivering business impact. You'll work at the intersection of data, AI/ML, and business outcomes—building products that empower customers with actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the
    vision, strategy, and roadmap
    for a portfolio of
    data-driven products
    , including analytics platforms, ML-powered insights, and decision-support tools.
  • Manage, coach, and grow a
    team of product managers
    , providing direction, mentorship, and performance development.
  • Partner with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to define high-impact opportunities and translate them into scalable product solutions.
  • Drive the
    end-to-end product lifecycle
    , from discovery and requirements gathering to launch, adoption, and iteration.
  • Define and track
    success metrics
    , ensuring product impact is measured through customer value, adoption, retention, and business outcomes.
  • Own
    go-to-market strategies
    in partnership with marketing, sales, and customer success, ensuring new products achieve traction and scale.
  • Advocate for the
    voice of the customer
    , ensuring user needs drive product prioritization and design.
  • Ensure effective translation of complex business requirements into clear, actionable product stories and specifications.
  • Stay ahead of trends in
    machine learning, analytics, and data products
    , and leverage them to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years in a
    leadership role
    managing product managers.
  • Proven track record of
    building and launching data-driven products
    , from concept to market success.
  • Strong understanding of
    data platforms, analytics workflows, and machine learning applications
    .
  • Demonstrated ability to
    measure product success
    and drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a track record of influencing stakeholders and aligning cross-functional teams.
  • Deep business acumen and the ability to connect technical innovation with real-world business value.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills for both internal leadership and external customers.
  • Experience with
    SaaS product models
    , operations, and go-to-market dynamics.
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), BI tools, or ML frameworks
