We are a fast-growing SaaS company in the supply chain & compliance space, and we're looking for a Customer Success Operations Associate (Junior) to join our team.

This unique role combines Back Office responsibilities with Customer Success operations support. You will play a critical part in ensuring our managed vendor services run smoothly, supporting the CS team with day-to-day operations, and ensuring processes are tracked and delivered on time.

What you'll be doing:

  • Operate and support our managed vendor services for clients, including supplier communication.
  • Build, maintain, and update CRM processes and models.
  • Track and follow up on tasks across multiple internal teams (Product, R&D, Marketing, Sales).
  • Maintain and update client questionnaires in Hebrew, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Provide ad-hoc support for the Customer Success team, including reports and follow-ups.
  • Work closely with senior management and gain exposure to client-facing processes.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong Hebrew writing and editing skills, plus excellent English communication (written & spoken).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A self-starter, fast learner with a proactive attitude.
  • Comfortable with technology — CRM systems, Excel/Google Sheets, and task management tools.
  • A solution-oriented team player with a creative and independent mindset.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Back Office, Admin, or Customer Success roles.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
  • Previous experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) or project management tools (Jira, Monday, Asana) is a plus.
  • Advantage: experience in SaaS or compliance/regulation-related roles.
